Our plastic box can pack vegetables, meat, and other foods. Our box meets the requirements of food grade, so they can package any food to be safe. The flip-top design can protect the food better and keep it fresh & sanitary. The transparent color can clearly display the food inside, making it convenient for consumers to purchase. Our boxes can pack about 250g, 500g, 700g, and 1000g of food, but it’s not suitable for soup or very hot food. It is also often used to pack cookies, bread, and other snacks.
Our raw material for this product is PET, a highly recyclable plastic that can be converted into new PET products or other useful materials through the recycling process and reduce its impact on the environment. PET is relatively light, which can reduce transportation costs. It has good physical and chemical stability and can effectively protect food from oxygen, moisture, and microorganisms, thus extending the shelf life of food.
We are a factory in Hangzhou with our own machinery and facilities. Currently, we have 40 molds for products, and our daily production capacity is 30 tons of PET, ensuring stable supply. At the same time, we can also accept custom orders and develop new products according to customers' requirements or design drawings.
